Magnum Mobile Specialty Vehicles has been upfitting for over 15 years for our selected industries and have grown to 4 building teams plus supporting teams who constantly build for new and repeat clients ( we choose not to build RV’s, Food trucks, Library Units, etc.).
By focusing on a few main industries and constantly building for similar professionals’ needs, we have learned that our exterior box needs to be commercially built from the ground up to handle the demands of our professional client’s needs. Regular RV frames, transit bus frames, and standard box trucks will not hold up.
We add extra support throughout the rear box with lightweight yet incredibly strong materials along with added insulation in the foundation, walls, and ceiling to allow for anchoring of cabinets/equipment and better R-Value (measurement of insulation) for improved heating and cooling… All of this experience of better materials, build up, and better design/floorplan adds up to a much better workflow and more comfortable environment for you and your staff.

Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR TRUCK BODY TRUCK BODIES Lion Cage LLC (“Lion Cage”) warrants each truck body sold to the original purchaser and installed on the original chassis to be free of defects in material and workmanship as set forth herein. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE AT THE TIME OF RELEASE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDES PARTS & SERVICE). THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
5-Year Coverage
This warranty is for a period of 5 years from date of release to the original purchaser. It covers the roof bows, side and front wall posts, top and bottom rails, rear frame and body substructure, mounting hardware, and plate metal swing panel door corrosion.
Non-Lion Cage Parts. Accessories & Goods
This warranty is for a period of 5 years from date of release to the original purchaser. It covers the roof bows, side and front wall posts, top and bottom rails, rear frame and body substructure, mounting hardware, and plate metal swing panel door corrosion.
Not covered by Warranty:
Deterioration caused by corrosive, hazardous or unsafe cargo
Defects in Chassis and or Power Unit
Defect in components not manufactured by Lion Cage (e.g., liftgates, overhead doors, etc)
Deterioration due to normal wear and tear
Tightening of U-bolts and bolting to chassis
Removable/replaceable accessories (e.g., cargo control straps and bars, refrigeration AC units)
Deterioration due to damage or misuse (including, but not limited to, the use of forklifts and pallet jacks in truck bodies where such are prohibited), abuse, failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures outlined in Lion Cage Owner’s Manual or Warning Labels, acts of nature (including, but not limited to lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, winds, snow, hail, floods or fire), or other contingencies beyond the control of Lion Cage
Repairs and/or modifications made without the approval of Lion Cage
Mounting or re-mounting not performed by a Lion Cage Authorized Repair Center
Transportation to and from repair facility to obtain warranty service
Modifications made by others after original delivery of vehicle to original purchaser
Claim Procedure and Limitations
It is the Customer’s responsibility to contact Lion Cage or an Authorized Lion Cage Repair Center and obtain approval and a Lion Cage Warranty Authorization Number before any repairs are made which are covered by or affect this warranty, in order to secure Lion Cage’s approval. Approval/Authorization numbers provided by Lion Cage pursuant to a warranty claim are voided if not used within 60 days of issuance. Lion Cage shall, at its option, provide a factory or local representative to inspect the equipment prior to issuing such approval. Lion Cage’s warranty is void if Lion Cage’s original equipment parts are not used in repairs and/or if the repair was not performed by Lion Cage or by an Authorized Lion Cage Repair Center.
Lion Cage shall not be responsible nor otherwise be held liable for cargo loss, loss of use (including truck rental fees), property damage, other commercial (economic) loss, or other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim (including breach of contract, defects, breach of warranty, or negligence) shall be limited to the repair or replacement of such products, at Lion Cage’s option, within the period set forth herein.
A claim shall be deemed waived unless made in accordance with the following procedures:
Customer must give Lion Cage written notice of such defect, including a description of product and effect, within thirty (30) days after such defect is, or ought to have been, discovered.
If and after Lion Cage requests its return for inspection and/or replacement, such product is returned to Lion Cage within ten (10) days with freight prepaid by the customer.
Upon proper notice and return (if requested), Lion Cage is obligated to repair or replace only if, after inspection, the product is found to Lion Cage’s satisfaction (1) to be defective, (b) not to have been manufactured in a workmanlike manner, or (c) not to have been manufactured in accordance with written specification or drawing, if any, supplied by Customer to Lion Cage. Customer shall have no other equitable or other remedy at law available to it.
